  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)

  • Lumpia wrappers (spring roll wrappers)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, julienned carrot, sliced cabbage, and sliced green onion.
